Delicious with any kind of vegetables. This does not taste like the store bought smoked salmon!
filet of salmon (as many as needed)
1 packet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing
(as per directions on Dressing: Olive Oil, Vinegar, Water)
Cedar Planks soaked in water
Have the smoker ready and the heat inside around 200 degress Farenheit. (coals should be white before you close the fire pit)
Put the cedar planks on the grill and put the salmon on top of the planks
Pour the Italian Dressing over the fish.
Let it cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours
