It's delicous and tasty. Enjoy anytime of the year.
1 package of Cousin Boudreaux's BBQ seasoning (www.cousinboudreaux.com)
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 lb (2 sticks) of butter
1/2 of water
2 bunches of scallions
1 onion
1 bell pepper
fresh tyme, oregano, basil (and any other fresh spice you like)
Melt the butter and worcestershire sauce in a pan. Low fire-don't burn the butter
Add the chopped fresh spices-sautée until the onions of limp
put the shrimp in a casserole dish
Instructions for in the oven:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
put a lid or cover the casserole dish
cook for 35 minutes
let it set for 15 minutes and serve
Instructions for on the grill:
let the shrimp set in the marinade for at least an hour-in the refrigerator
heat the grill on a low fire around 300 degrees
place the shrimp on the grill (see video)
5 minutes turn the shrimp
let it cook total for about 10 minutes. If you have small shrimp on a cedar wrap or plank, maybe 5 minutes more
If all pink, it's ready (check witha fork-if it goes through, she's done)
Sit down and eat!
