Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Uncle Randeaux's Bacon Wrapped Scallops (Pure Cajun)

Scallops-however many you want

Thick sliced bacon-match the number of scallops

Sprinkle  with Cayenne, black and chipotle pepper (optional and to taste)

Cooking oil--cover less that half the size of the scallop.







Wrap the scallops in bacon

Put scallops in the hot oil

Cook the bacon wrapped scallops until you see the bacon turning brown, then turn the scallop over and cook other side.

When done, put on a plate with a paper towel underneath.  Let it cool for a few minutes.
