Pure Cajun Style Roast Beef
Ingredients
1 large onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 big bell pepper
4 or 5 scallions
mustard
Worchestershire Sauce
sprinkle of Cayenne pepper
Sprinkle of Black Pepper
Roast Beef
Carrots and Potatoes are an option
Directions
Preheat over to 425 degrees (if you want to slow cook, 360)
Cut up the garlic, onions, bell pepper, and scallions
Put in a small bowl (See video)
Rest in a large bowl and set aside
Put mustard, cayenne and black pepperon the small onions, garlic, bell pepper, and scallions in the small bowl
Cut slits in the meat and stuff the mustard mixture in the meat (see video)
In the pot, put Whorchestershire Sauce, cayenne, and black pepper (if you desire, add potatoes and carrots)
Cook for about 30 minutes. There should be liquid from the meat. Put in the rest of the garlic, onion, bell pepper and scallions
Depending on the size of the roast and how well done you like your meat, it should take about another hour to hour and a half
